High-volume production digital. This is the press we run for large mail campaigns, brochures, catalogs, and coordinated marketing programs. Production speed with digital flexibility. No plates, no setup fees, and full variable-data support for when you need to personalize a run.
Kodak NexPress SX3300 with in-line Glossing Unit
Our workhorse production digital press. The Kodak NexPress SX3300 handles over 800 different substrates, including coated and uncoated paper, plastics, magnets, linen stock, and synthetics. Paired with our NexPress Glossing Unit for in-line spot gloss and clear-toner effects, we produce full-color prints with the specialty finishes you would expect from a boutique shop. Powered by the Adobe PDF Print Engine with intelligent calibration for consistent color across long runs.
Epson SpectroProofer
Professional color proofs before the press ever starts running your job. For color-critical work like custom packaging, brand-sensitive marketing collateral, or regulated-industry printing, we can print you an accurate contract-quality proof so you sign off on the final color before we produce the full run. No surprises at delivery.
iJet Color Pro 1175P
High-speed inkjet printing built for variable-data work. Great for direct mail personalization, roll labels with sequential data, or packaging with variable barcodes and serialization.
Ricoh IM C3010
Short-run color for one-off prints, project mockups, quick samples, and internal work. Same quality process on short runs as on long ones.
Wide format printing for big prints and rigid materials
When your project needs to go bigger than a standard press sheet, or onto something thicker than paper, our wide format lineup takes over.
Mimaki UJCV300-160
Wide format UV printing on material up to 60 inches wide at 1,200 DPI resolution. Trade show backdrops, storefront banners, yard signs, and outdoor signage all print in one clean panel, so you get sharp color, crisp graphics, and no visible seams. Scratch-resistant LED-UV inks that hold up in California sun.
Flora PP2512UV
Flatbed UV printing for thick, rigid, or oddly-shaped substrates. Prints directly onto material up to 4 inches thick on a 4-foot by 8-foot sheet. Foam board, PVC board, wood, metal, dibond, styrene, and specialty substrates most print shops cannot handle. Resolution up to 1,440 by 1,440 DPI.
Colex Flatbed Cutter
2D and 3D contour cutting for shaped signage, custom displays, and packaging prototypes. Cuts intricate lettering, custom shapes, and unusual substrates cleanly. Foam board, PVC, corrugated, and chipboard are all standard.
Bindery and finishing on our in-house equipment
Bindery and finishing turn printed sheets into finished products. When we produce your job in-house, cutting, folding, creasing, laminating, foil stamping, and specialty coatings run on the equipment below. That means tighter quality control, faster turnaround, and no coordination delays when a specialty finish is part of the same job.
Matrix MX-530P
Foil stamping, laminating, and spot UV finishing in one integrated machine. Pneumatic pressure rollers deliver up to 50 percent faster lamination speed than standard finishing shops, so specialty projects turn around faster without sacrificing finish quality.
Horizon Advanced Booklet-Making System
Saddle-stitching, trimming, folding, and collating for booklets and catalogs. Rotary pulse vacuum feed and double-feed detection ensure clean, consistent bindery on every piece. Especially important for regulated-industry documentation like IFU booklets, where pagination errors can cost you a print run.
Horizon Cross Folder AFC-566F
Precision cross folding for brochures, mailers, and multi-panel folded pieces. Handles complex fold patterns cleanly on both light and heavier stocks.
Horizon Crease & Folder CRF-362
Creasing and folding for heavier stock. Cover-weight brochures, business folders, packaging, presentation covers, and cardstock pieces. Clean, professional creases that prevent cracking and give premium stocks a polished finish.
Summa TC160
Contour cutting for custom-shape stickers, die-cut labels, floor decals, and specialty vinyl applications. Precise cuts for complex shapes that would take hours by hand. Standard for the die-cut work in our labels, packaging, and signage projects.

Every job that runs through our shop goes through the same quality control process, whether it is 100 pieces or 100,000:
- Pre-flight artwork review before your file hits the press. Catches file problems (low-resolution logos, wrong color mode, missing bleeds) before they cost you a print run.

- Color checks against approved brand targets at press startup

- Final QA before packaging and shipment
